Self-Serve Bay Configuration

General Operation
The mud/solids are flushed into the settling pits/vaults. The pumps are automatically turned on every 3 hours for approximately 30 seconds (time cycle is adjustable). The bags are filled and then allowed to weep. The water returns to the Primary Settling Chamber for reuse and the solids remain in the bags. Subject to testing, the bags can be disposed of in your dumpster.

Sizing
The Mud/Solids Reclaim System can be purchased in 4 bag, 6 bag and 8 bag units based on volume of solids.

Pumps
Quality of reclaim water determines if a one pump or two pump system would be best. 110v or 220v can be ordered.

Controls
The control panel is UL approved. Since both pumps do not operate at the same time, a 30 Amp service is normal.

Constructed of Durable Aluminum, Stainless Steel, Poly and ABS. Designed to be a long-lasting operating system.
